What will make you feel better is to launch a campaign to find a new and better job. If you sit and do nothing you will get depressed. Your employer is hurting all of you, causing your credit ratings to take a hit because they can’t pay salaries on time. Leave these losers at the first opportunity!

You should try researching a new career; take up a Trade in some field that you like/or you can get certified in Nursing Assistant/Dental Assistant, Computers ….A+, CCNA, C++; something that will keep you making money and that you like to do.

Start applying so that you can get a new job. Monster, Yahoo Hotjobs, Careerbuilder are some of the largest job boards, where you can apply for jobs and upload your resume. Since Craigslist, allows free job postings, many smaller companies post their vacancies on this online classifieds website. You can also search for jobs from multiple websites using aggregators like SimplyHired and Indeed. Referrals also are becoming a increasingly popular way to get hired. Inf . . . I have a real problem with Web sites and “business opportunities” that don’t want to tell you what the business IS. I always smell a rat when people try to hide what it is they’re really selling. Is it multi-level marketing? “Flipping” foreclosed homes? Selling pots and pans? No, they won’t tell you on the Web site . . . they want your info so someone can call you and give you a high pressure pitch. If it works for you, fine. But if it’s so great, why can’t they say what it is?

Maybe I’ll start a “mystery service” Web site of my own . . . and I’ll talk about how wonderful it is, but I’ll never tell anyone WHAT it is. If a business can’t be upfront about what it does, I don’t want any part of it.
