Their trying to create a black hole so they can have more information about it its meant to not last but there is the fear that it might and we will all be sucked into ourselves

Its supposed to be in a underground lab on the french swiss border, and they are supposed to be recreating a black hole by making atoms spin at the speed of light then colliding them, there is a fear that it will create an unstable black hole that could eventually engulf the world inside out. But think about, if it was that dangerous, they wouldnt do it, why risk the world for an experiment. I think its litle experiment and rumours have spread making it sound bigger and more dangerous than it is. If it is even going to happen.

It was predicted by the Myans! “End of Days”
they speed up the particles, increasing the chance that they hit and smash each other up, making things called particulates. these are what make up an atom and can mainly only be found in the centre of suns. now as they break, they cause an ideal condition for wormholes or blackholes but even if these are formed it will be on a microscopic level and should (hopefully) not grow or affect us in any way. *takes a deap breath*

yes but maybe there is something that they dont know that could cause it to go wrong
Oh pfft. If anything is going to end the world, it’ll be when the common cold gets lethal. I doubt a bunch of scientists who still can’t find the permanent cure for chicken pox can achieve something that big.

my sentiments exactly anonymous. plus they go through the whole rigmorole of making sure the whole world doesnt find out about a comet about to hit the earth etc, but it ‘leaks’ out that its a huge experiment about to end the world.

Meh, I’m just calling it how I see it. Yeah, so scientists are doing a risky experiment, perhaps a few of the team might lose their lives from being exposed to it, but I really doubt they can create something that incrediably damaging to out life existance.
As for the comment about scientists not wanting to put lives in danger, that I don’t agree with. All because of two words that contradict that theory:
