i went to africa this summer and saw some seriously **** lives… i used to go through these really low stages, and somtimes i still find myself going tht way, but its thinking bout how lucky i really am tht helps me though it.
i duno wot ur into or nething…but try doing somthing for somone else every day..lik make somone else happy, n ull feel gd bout urself…i duno it helps me!
