You only live life once, so make the most of it.

Live everyday like it’s your last, because it could be. You don’t need money to be happy, you don’t have to be successful. I am not bummed because I don’t live a full life like I should be. The reason I am always bummed is because I worry. This is the hard part, trying to find inside yourself that bad things could be good. You just need to be in the right state of mind, and if you can find the perfect state of mind, and can stay in it, you could be forever happy. Because it’s all in your head. Our parents and there parents and so on taught us what makes us feel bad. Just like how we were taught how to talk, walk and what depression is, and that depression is bad. If we were not taught this then we could make it whatever we wanted it. But it might not be like that, it could be like dogs and how they are born knowing how to swim. Are we born knowing what these feelings mean or are we taught.

I have pushed depression out of my life, because that will ruin it. Some days I feel down. My next step is to push down out of my life, then worry, and all the rest of the bad feelings, forget what they feel like, so if they come back I wont know what it is and I can make it whatever I want. Perfect state of mind, make the best out of everything.

I don’t want to be successful, I want to be just as happy if not happier than the most successful perfect life man in the world. Thats my goal in life.

I think sometimes its healthy to feel a little sad. ) Not too often or to deep of course.
Its the way to release pressure also.

Is there anything in particular that has made you have this turnaround?

When I get depressed it is only for a few days, once every other month. I never write like this unless I am depressed, but I feel like if I write something like this and read it when I start to feel down, I could remember what my goal is and pull myself out of it.

Everything in life is still the same, I am just working harder to not to let life affect how I feel, and not let life bring me down. It could always be worse.

You can be happy with out what society considers “successful.” Some people are always seeking happiness thinking they can get it in the future when they have certain things. I am glad you realize happiness is a state of mind and not of having material things. I am not saying having material things is a bad thing. I am just saying it does not make happiness.
