I received a form on the internet from aol informing me I had toupdate my information or i would lose my address book and IM.

They asked for my social security number and charge card number date of birth etc. Is this a scam I received this e-mail about two weeks ago and again yesterday

its a scam dont fill it in. AOL would never ask for this by email and would never ever ask for those kind of details this is a scam to steal your identity, ehm block or mark the address as spam.
