What does it mean when somebody sends you a winking smily face?

but it’s on a piece of paper? somebody wrote it on a piece of paper in class today and I didn’t know what it meant, I had to ask what it meant and she didn’t respond. Does this mean something? I’m not used to passing notes in class.

It can be just a cheeky expression, or a bit of a come on, kind of saying your a hotty, its used as a funny type expression in chat etc.. Im not explaining this too well am I lol sometimes it means, dont take this seriously its just fun : P
