im too ashamed to admit it…

i recently started going out with this girl. I like her and we get along great, but im not being totally honest with her. My friends dont approve of her so they have no idea that ive been going out with her. Meanwhile she’s asked me what my friends think of her and what they think of us as a couple, so i’ve basically been lying to her this entire time. I think i’ve dug myself into a hole i cant get out of. What should i do? if i tell her i know it will hurt her. Or i could tell my friends that im with her and have them be mad at me. i dont know what to do.

Well if you like her tell your friends to get a **** grip, and just apologise to her and hope for the best really, I mean she couldn’t be too pissed off given the situation right?

i think they should want what is best for you, so if they’re mad then it’s their problem and you should try and ignore it. i’m sure if you tell her she will understand that you didn’t want to hurt her.

I think you should tell both parties… Things like this tend to get out, and you don’t want anyone to feel like you betrayed your trust. I understand that yo like this girl but really ur friendships come first, that includes yours and hers.

:) If she likes you like you like her, it doesn’t matter what they think of her.
Tell them that you like her and that their opinion on your relationship doesn’t affect you.

If she likes you, she won’t mind the “lie”. You were only doing it to make her happy.
