Have you ever been scared for what seems like no reason?

I feel like something terrible is going to happen. I don’t know why. A minute ago I was joking and talking with my friends and all of a sudden I feel like something horrible just took place and that I should be scared out of my mind. Now I am scared. Please help!

I’m with jag10 on this, it could be anxiety attacks. you could try listening to your favorite music or just lying down for a minute and taking a few deep breaths.

well, there’s a lot of different syptoms. but mostly you just start freaking out out of nowhere and your heart starts racing and you have trouble breathing. I had them a lot when I was younger but i guess grew out of them.

I guess some people watch the video and find it touching .. heart warming .. inspirational. Something that shows this link between us all.

Other people look at it and wonder if they could hug a woman or be called gay.
