I’m sooo sorry for troubling you all!!!! :’(

Ask the M&M question.

What colour M&M would you be and why. That’s a horrible question and I hate answering it but it’s the only interview question I can ever remember.

Never ask them to describe their best and worst qualities. Either the interviewee will lie or they’ll be honest and you’ll have to hold it against them. Either way, that one’s a loose-loose situation.

Thank you for the search but I’m not looking for job interview questions or typical interview questions. I’m thinking more like…The interviews they do with celebrities only more in depth and with questions that require more thought to answer.

Thank you though. :)

It would have helped if you clarified that earlier. You really need to have a specific celebrity in mind otherwise the questions are all going to be very general, like how did you get your start, what encouraged you to get into the business, who are your heroes, etc.

Interviewer: Tell me about your next project.
Interviewee: Getting this job is my next project. You know feeding my kids keeping a roof over our heads.

Open ended questions are best. Questions starting with how, why, and what are usually good.

“How are you affected by the rise in gas prices?”

I’d love to see a celebrity answer that. Most would probably think to themselves “and I can about that…why?”

Especially if it’s a musician. They’d be thinking that, until you actually scare them to the point it’d affect them. If they do concerts, and gas prices are affecting those people who want to buy tickets, they’re screwed.
