I don’t understand it at all.
I could be in an amazingly good mood one day, but the second I walk into my room, I feel like sobbing my eyes out. I feel this terrible hurt in my chest, like somebody close to me has just died. I turn out the lights and feel extreme paranoia and anxiety, to points where I have thrown up.
I was once chatting with my boyfriend on webcam, and I left to go brush my teeth, and when I came back, he had turned the cam off. I asked him why he turned it off and he said this;
‘Your room scares the crap out of me, officially. While you were gone, I saw something laying on your bed that would move around and just stared at me. It moved your cam, too.’
I think my room may be haunted.
I’m terrified of ghosts, and suffer from frequent panic attacks, so you can probably know that feeling paranoia at night is not good for me, since it affects my quality and length of sleep, and I have school now.
Help me!!
