Boo, to all the employers who undervalue hard working employees!

Especiallly, if they are trying to save money, so that more can go into their own pockets….If you are one of them, remember, karma is a *****!

It’s an employer’s market right now, thanks in large part to the USA, which has ALLOWED massive “outsourcing” to India and other countries.

Sadly this is why scraping metal is so profitable these days. Don’t get me wrong
I enjoy this sort of work and not having a boss. But with every broken and discarded
household item that I strip of it’s metal contents - I think to myself “****, don’t
we make anything here anymore?” The vast majority of employers in America care more
about profits than either employee or customer satisfaction. They ship the jobs off
to China, China then makes the stuff, we then buy the stuff, the stuff then breaks,
the consumer then throws it out, I then scrap it, China then buys the metal to make
more stuff. I just wish all the scrap that I sell was going to products made here
in America with American labor being justly treated.
Instead America is just one vast scrapyard. How sad.
