Love help: I have no where else to turn, my husband and I two years ago - Help.com

Extremely upsetting that anyone would be so cold. I am a mother of ten kids, 6 of them have gone to college, and made a life for themselves, in my 41 tears, I have never asked anyone for help, even when I was younger my father was hurt when he fell off a bulding and broke his back in 3 spots, from that day on, he never worked, so instead of being a typical teenager, I worked to do what ever I could to bring money into the house to feed everyone, and not once did I complain, about not having designer clothes, or even having a dollar for a pop. And because of losing our home to foreclosure, and than having to file bankruptcy, a bank will not even look at us, it is very dishearting, because we had worked so hard to get where we were. We have gone to welfare, they offered us 60.00 a month in food stamps, that would feed who, the dogs. We have also gone to the salvation army, all they could do was give us frozen crab legs, and a few notebooks for the kids for school/. so to anyone out there who thinks this is a scam are very wrong, I am a good person with a good heart, and for anyone to had said that, really hurts, I certainly am not a liar, and even if some one were to help me, I would not want to see a dime, I would just like to have someone help me to give money direcxtly to utility companies, not to me. So please before you say anything, think about others, my family has had the worse luck, and I hope and pray that someday, we will get out of this, maybe win the lotto, because if I ever did win a lotto, I would certainly help others.

If this is real, try your local place of worship. Try social services, perhaps you can get welfare. Talk to the bank, they are usually willing to work with people who are down on their luck.

What about your husbands job? Disability?

When my husband was out of work he was on disability, but with that only being helf of his salary, we lost our home to foreclosure, and because of the foreclosure, we have to rent, so even if we wanted to go to the bank, we could not, because if we did they would laugh in our face. People, banks, organizations, do not want to help people who are down on there luck, but they are more than willing to help people who do not need it. My husband is now back to work, but because of being out of work so long, everything (bills) were put on hold, and now they are outrageous, 2 of the bills are so outarageous that soon they will be disco. I pay on everything every month to bring the balances down, but as soon as I get close, something else happens or comes up, that has to be paid, and things just go right back to where they were.

So please do not say someone is running a scam, before you know who they are, I came across this web site, just browsing, and thought I would write this.

six of my kids are my husbands kids from his first marriage, When my husband and i got married, 5 years ago, he had 4 of them living with him. his oldest is 30 and has a family of his on, the second is 28 and lives in china, the third is the only one who lives with his mom, the 4 and 5 are twins who just graduated this past june, and now are both away at college. noth of them went on scholarships, the 19 year old girl, works and goes to school, and lives here, my four children all live at home also, my oldest in 19, she goes to school and works a full time job, my 17 year old is a senior in high school, I have a 12 year old in 7th grade, and the child my husband and i had together just turned 4. I am on five different medicines for my heart, even my husband who still has his chemo port in his chest, he has to have surgery to remove it, but because the co-pay to see the spealist is 70, we can not afford. here is the list of my medicines, I am certainly not a liar, please understand that. simvastatin, (for cholestrol,plavix, because I have a stent in my heart artery, aspirin, 325 mg twice a day, metoprolol, and hydrochlorothiazide,

what would it be, I really am not sure, I just do not want to wake up one day, especially now when getting to be cold with no gas or electric, it scares me, and for the car, my husaband is back to work, but what happens if they take the car, we live 45 minutes from his job, he will have no way to get there,

I live in northern Illinois, I have gone to welfare to apply for food stamps, they offered me and my family 60.00 a month, I have written and called 3 different companies in regrds to my medication, 3 of them they do not cover, I even tried the one that montel williams raved about, nothing. Every day i wake up, and thank god that i made it another night, my last visit to the emergency room, because i fell down the stairs from becoming dizzy, my blood pressure were at 230/150. they thought i was going to have a stroke, they immediately put medicines through IV to get them down, for two days I felt good, but because of stress, and constantly worrying they just go back up. I am afraid, that one day I will not wake up. or that I am walking down the street with my 4 year old and something happens, who will raise him, my husband who had non-hodgkins b cell lymphomia, his future does not look very bright, I know that someone has put some sort of curse on me and my family, and I am afraid that our bad luck will just continue. I just want one day to be good, I would live to bring my children out for ice cream, or even out to a movie. I would love to be able to feed them fish for dinner, I would love to be able to take my medication, and feel good, and not have a pain in my heart, but untill I can win the lotto or somehow get all of my bills 0f $2500.00 that are past due, and bring them current, I will never have a day like that. I have just lost hope in everything and pretty much everyone.

We have two that are graduated, one of them has a family of his own, and can barely make it as well, and the second, lives in china is working there, but he helps his mother, the other 4 are all still in school, three of them in freshman year, i am sure if any of them had anything they would certainly help us. thank you for replying.
