Windows Movie Maker PROBLEM HELP!

ok, so im doing a windows movie maker project and i was wondering if anyone knew how to put a picture on a video effect slide? ive been trying sites to get help and none are telling me. what do i do? thanks!

You don’t, that’s the wonder of inferior editing programs, having only one track of audio and video. You can only drag it onto the main timeline. You can still put effects on the picture though. Also, I’m not clear on what you are trying to do.

Yes, you can put a picture on the slide and place an effect on that picture…

If someone needed to be tutored on that stuff then maybe motion picture editing isn’t a good idea.
