I cannot open explorer get an error message that reads:

Windows courl not start because the following file is missing or corrupt, windows root> \system32\ntoskrnl.exe..
What does this mean????????????????????????????????????????
It says: please ireinstall a copy of the above file.

Remove and then re-install the Internet Explorer software.
