Hi i am new to az.
i can here for a better life and to start a new. i am on disability and with that i can not rent an apartment because you need three times the amount of the rent to be accepted. my income is 704.00 a month. hud section 8 and all other low income housing is closed because katrina.when the list opens it opens to who is at the top of the list.they are not allowing anyone else to even apply. the doctors here are a joke .15 minute visit .that is when you get in the room not when they come in the room.they only want to know what you need write you a rx and get out.i do not have a car the bus service does not go to the places where the little bit of help is so you walk. i need a job under the table to help me make it or within the next month i am on the street. shelters do not take women without children. there is no other place for me to go. any help with money ,job or housing will be great.i am open to suggestions.
