Well, I certainly don’t know what plantar fasciatis is and I have never heard of it!

I had that problem too and tried all kinds of things that I read on the internet (like taping the soles of my feet, buying very supportive running shoes etc) but nothing helped until I saw a podiatrist and got custom orthotics. They fit into every shoe I wear and have totally solved the problem. The only problem is the cost. I paid $600 for them. If you have company benefits it might be covered.
