hate help: I really hate my step dad. - Help.com

I really hate my step dad.

He is just really annoying and mean 2 mean and i know it could be alot worse like he could beat me or something. But still he makes me cry every night and he changed my mom 2 so now she is exactly like him and i already have other stuff 2 deal with 2. i feel like i really need 2 escape it but my mom is 2 powerful and if i try 2 have my dad get full custody ik she will probably make sure he doesnt some how. ik it could be worst and i dont want 2 sound like a brat thats complaining about nothing but if anyone has any advice please please tell me!

Okay, there are a few options I am thinking about.

1. Maybe you can stay with your Real father.
2. Talk to a social worker who maybe able to help you.
3. Sit down and talk to your step father and tell him how you feel.

i think you should also talk to your mom and tell her you want to stay with your real dad for a while, just go with something like i miss having him around or i want to get to know him better. ususally parents care most about what you want.
