i was gonna say hes praying but Demented beat me to it. You must make him nervous. Or he could have split personalioties. You won’t know unless you ask him.

Why not just ask him when he comes back.

When I think I’m alone I’ll think out loud, which turns into a conversation with myself. Especially in the car. If something is on my mind, I find it easier to face or resolve when I think out loud. Maybe he does the same.

My mother does it all the time, but just double check and see if he is actually on the phone.

I talk to myself all the time, nothin’ wrong with me as far as I know.

Lol Snar, I think everyone talks to themself. Sometimes without even notiucing it. It’s like…”Was I just talking to myself?” “Hey im doing it now” “Stop that!” “Man I did it again!” “Okay no more!”

Yeah thats a good bottom line, I just say dont be too concerned, lots of people talk to themselves as a way of assesing situations, deaing with stress and simply thinking out loud.

i would suggest that this sounds like he maybe suffering from tourettes or ocd.. both are very hard to control… but when not around someone, they can feel free to let themselves act as these make them do..

if anything, talking to him and letting him know exactly your concerns… he may open up to you..

i would ask him
