I’m 14 and a few days ago I tried to drink a little bit of alcohol cause I wanted to know what it was like.

I only took a sip but I had to spit it out cause it tasted so bad. I didn’t even swallow any and the rest of the day I felt like I was going to throw up. What’s up with that???

well where i’m from, you’re at the average age to start drinking, sometimes the taste is really bad, and hey it might have been so bad that it made u wanna puke, or u could look deeper and maybe your subconscience didn’t want to try it.

The same thing happened to me when I tried to drink. I decided that there must be a reason that I had that reaction. That was a long, long time ago. Even now, I don’t care for it. Once, I was in a social situation where everyone was drinking beer. It was a very hot day, so I gave it a try. Thinking that it did not taste too bad and that it was quenching my thirst, I drank a couple bottles. What a mistake that was. When I went to stand up, I found that my knees were not going to hold me up. Yikes! Who needs that?

Heres some advice. Someone gives you whiskey? Do not drink the entire bottle!

Sweetie all I can say is that its a blessing that you had that reaction. Hopefully you’ll never like it. Sadly, sometimes drinking can lead to other even worse issues. Just say NO!
