just talk to him! i have regrets about not talking to guys in high school. trust me. you don’t want to be how i turned out. afraid to take a risk and put your heart on the line. you won’t know what’s gonna happen until you try.

No, guys with girlfriends are off limits. It makes you trashy if you make a move on him even though you know he’s taken. He already knows you like him, so if he was interested he’d've told you or broken up with his gf. Let it be for now. I mean you can still enjoy his company, but look around for other worthy guys - who are single. Although you don’t have to give up on that football player, you probably should just wait it out.
