How can I get antivirus 2009 off of my computer without buying software I already have?

It had embedded itself on my computer and it keeps coming back. I have tried deleting from the registry and the dll files and I cant even find them. PLEASE HELP!!!!

i know quite abit about computers and i have tried running threw the steps. i have norton but its not helping get rid of this ****
