so i need to download internet explorer 7.0, but everytime i go to try and downoad it, my computer wont bring it up.

and at the actual site, it jst says page can not be found. i reall need it. i tried deleting mycookies, but it doesn’t work still. can anyone help me?

I agree with dnijel_pa, internet explorer has a number of problems that aren’t present in firefox. Firefox is also easier to get a hold of.

Firefox is a good thing to use but it would not hurt to have IE7. Have you tried ruining window’s updates

IE7 is perfectly fine. As for downloading it, what exactly is happening? Is it a problem with the Genuine Windows Advantage check that occurs on Microsoft’s Web site or what?

Oh, to clarify, I noticed the page-cannot-be-displayed error that you mentioned, but when does this occur? How about giving the URL of the page that you get beforehand…?

FIrefox has more security issues than Ie7 at the moment download ie direct from microsoft , do a search for “internet explorer 7 standalone” look for links for the redistributle version and download it and install that:-

thats what i tried to do, the page just doesn’t load.
i was hoping to get a family member or something to download it and put it on a disk for me, but they all have it, and it will not give them the option to re-download it… most pages i used to go to don’t load anymore, and my internet lags, and im starting to get more and more pop-ups. i cleaned out my cookies and my history along with temp. internet files. and my pop up blocker is still set to a decent setting. my connection is really good as well. i dont know whats wrong with it.
