what is disappointing is the fact that not everyone appriciates what you do for them!
just because you are humble and nice makes them think that you are sucking up to them! or you need them or something…
but that doesnt really keep me from being nice and helping others… (maybe just for a few days though lol)

As we move along our journey, we begin to protect ourselves from harm. It could be harm brought about the people who try or maybe absent mindedly hurt us or it could be the harm we have brought ourselves into.

When we have too much of this hurt and sadness, i hope most people would still find it easy to give more of ourselves free of worries that they are vulnerable to get hurt again.

Because it does not work for me. :)

Because there is only so much you can give to others, before you start to take away from yourself! You have to maintain a balance!

On a positive note… some people do in fact pay it forward rather than back!
I think this process is also known as karma :)

what prevents me is giving is not easy. Its easy to say the wrong thing and just be annoying or a smartass.
