1st bad habits. how to break from them???
in sleeping, eating, waking-up (like too late) etc.

2nd after finishing a goal, how to move on???
i am still thinking of what to do next, so i sort of relax a bit
but now i think i am a lazy good for nothing bum
so there, it was kinda generalized. thanks for reading.

five mths is a hell of a long time tho to be down in the dumps
