question help: I have a question about a Business Plan… - Help.com

I have a question about a Business Plan…

I am in a business class in college and we are separated into groups. My group is plaining on making a 24/7 daycare.

I just wanted to know if you are making a business plan, do you have to include the wages for your services or do e not include that in our plan???

thanks

Your business plan should include a budget of sorts, including utilities, necessities and wages as well.

Yes. You must show “cash flow” for all aspects of the business. You need to know how much you are going to have to have in the bank initially until the money starts rolling in. Otherwise it would be a very incomplete business plan.

I think you have to look at what the costs would be to the company, not the client, and how that effects your bottom line.

A 24/7 daycare, have you looked at local laws on shift costs and special 24hr operating licensing?
