Sure can yep, diet and exercise go hand in hand hon. Exercise burns calories, calories in, and calories out (via exercise) :-)

Yeah, to certain extent. For example, i do cardio for an hour 3-4 times a week at a high intensity level, but if i dont watch what i eat it doesnt make too much of a difference. Dieting is important even after youve reached your GOAL weight. Maybe not to the extreme as before you were on the diet though. Good luck and hope you reach your goals.
