Okay. What kind of help do you need, then? My advice as far as clay goes: go to a local craft store and pick up either Fimo or Sculpy. Comes in all sorts of colors and when you’re done making the cell you just pop it into the oven for whatever long the package says, and it comes out hard and finished.

If you need an idea of the structure, just search Google for Eukaryotic cell cross section, and you should get some nice images to model your cell after.
