computer help: my computer will not allow me to change my cursor… when - Help.com

my computer will not allow me to change my cursor…

when i go into control panel and change the cursor, it becomes the cursor selected but then automatically changes back. i dont know what i did to cause this… or how to fix it

Help me with: If you do not have access to the mains power supply, and the earthing in your house is not proper, is there anything you can do to prevent shocks ?
