Okay, I need a Computer Wiz here…

There is this game that is going to be coming out soon that my stepdad wants really badly, And his computer can play it because of the video card requirments. My laptop, however can. We are both using the same wireless internet.

Okay, So how could i make it to where his computer could play the game off of mine, i was thinking about a server-based kind of thing to where it would give him restricted remote access to just the fgame file but i dont know how i would go about doing that either. HELP PLEASE! =D

Also just because he can play it off of your server won’t change the graphic card requirements.

Any game over remote access it going to be almost unplayable (assuming the the 3D engine allows for KVM-over-ip). In theory, yes he can play it from another computer, but it would be worse than if he played it on his own.

Have him get a new video card and maybe some more memory that way he can play the game without any lag. Hope this helps :-)

Yeah. Even if it were possible to play the game off of your laptop remotely, the issue with the graphics on his computer would still exist.

sadly impossible. buy a videocard or better yet, a new desktop.. its a good investment though.
