top help: Hi. - Help.com

Hi.

Can anyone help me with a Help.com prob?
I cannot figure out why I cannot get into chat.
I have the “Logged in as”…bar across the top.
Apparently the chat click is covered by the logged in-public profile bar.
I’ve cleaned my cache and made my text smaller.
Is there something that I am missing?
