Question about bluetooth.

I’m getting the ROKR E8 by Morotola delivered to me by today or tomorrow. It has a lot of great features including a dedicated mp3 player, and bluetooth support. So I was just wondering, does this mean more than 1 bluetooth headphone can connect to my phone to listen to the music? Thanks^^.

I am not very conversant with the bluetooth protocol, but I am pretty sure it can.

The verified connection between your cellphone (the master) and the earphones (slave) is called “pairing”, seemingly implying that it is the limit. But principally, the Bluetooth protocol allows for seven slave devices in a small network, and several such networks in a larger one.

I believe that your cell is capable of handling more than one pairing. But you easily check it, by trying.
