Hi I just lost my twin sister 5 weeks ago,and am having terrible dreams.

And am feeling sick sametimes when i think of it.
I cant keep on taking medications,please help me to go throw this lose.

That must be really hard to understand, it’s known that twins have a special connection and losing anyone is hard. How old are you? Taking to a close friend can help or even go to grief counseling. I don’t think anyone would be in a good state of mind after losing someone so close to them.
