I need help with my web site.

I have a table on my home page. I have 4 spaces, there are 2 pictures on the top and 2 on the bottom. I want to put a circle picture in the middle of the table. How do I do that?

Do you use layers on your website making program? If so put it in a layer and move the whole thing to where you want it to go.
