its quite effective. i started doing situps like two months ago and did it every night. i used to have no abs, now i do alot
you should go to the gym and work out too 200 push-up and sit-ups is effective but if you really wanna look yummy try other stuff, plus sit-ups and push-ups build ur upper body… u should do teh same for the lower
depends, is it 200 total of both? or 200 a piece, in different sets?
Then yes its good, how long have you been doing this?

my husband does ike ok wht I do is lunges with a 100 lb dum bells in each hand and I walk 50ft 5 times then… like vary the weight based on what you can handle
then do leg press with starting out at 700lb 10 times then 900lbs 10 times then 1100lbs 8 times then 1300lbs 4 times…. yeah make the weight lower because hes being doing this for a while. like i suggest talking to a personal trainer or a fitness coach to tell you where you should start off at.

yeah, drink water to, its good for ya :D
oh yeah and he squats and quad raise too like he says either increase the weight and do less reps of less weight more reps.
Do one legged squats for lower. Hold a pole or fence and do squats with one leg. 25 each leg to start
If you haven’t worked your lower body before, try the leg press, but watch your weight if your only starting, start out about 200lbs @ 5sets of 10 reps.Gradually work up after a week at 200lb go up in 50lb intervals. If you want to build bulk go heavy weight and less reps if you just want to tone, more reps and less weight.
Get yourself some body building mags they will give you some good ideas.
Watch your form too, bad form causes injuries.
Look at yourself in a mirror on occasion so that your body is in sync, nothing looks worse than a big upper body with puny little legs lol.
If you want a nice V taper, concentrate on your shoulder moves with dumbbells.
Concentrat on lats, shoulders, bicep curls and abs. Getting the V taper is hard work but Ooooh so much worth it. :-)
does doing 100 situps have the same effect of doing 10 a day ?
dont do sit ups if u have belly because it will only ton up ur muscle not your belly. if ur upper body does not contain a lot of fat, it is worth trying but from i read from the article on the internet (carried out by professors), sit ups is bad for your back. the best way is to do push ups.
