Money help: I live in jacksonville,Florida. - Help.com

I live in jacksonville,Florida.

Ima married mom of 2, dont qualify for any local or government assistance. My moms very sick fightin disability, we have to pay all medical expenses, food, everything in cash (out of pocket)because we cant even afford any health insurance for any of us. Anyway now we have a utility bill thats got to be paid by friday 9/12/08 & we just dont have it..I have tried every place here, churches, organizations big and small and according to the guideline, we dont fall into the “poor” poverty cap. We had to file bankruptcy chapter13 in 2004 so we didnt lose our home so after his wage deductions, we live off only a fraction of what he earns, so what do we do if we are not “poor” enough for gov, or local financial assistance & dont have enough money to pay a utility bill, does anyone know where I can go for help? I am officially desperate! and running out of time. please help!!!

Take up a second job. You can apply for freelance writing, bookkeeping, software, transcription, online tuition or customer service work at home jobs. These companies do not require any fee and pay well . List of companies(with websites) offering genuine work at home jobs is available at http://www.pcworkathome.net . Many of these companies have been in business for several years

You can also try your luck at online charities like Modest Needs, people may send donations, if your requirement is genuine. From http://www.laodn.org/

I am homeless in Oklahoma City right now.I am in ITT college and will be transferring to Jacksonville,Florida to reside and go to school.I will be homeless when I get there thou.I am willing and looking for a job in that area.So I am not lazy,I will work for a living.I want to get my own apartment as soon as possible.I am a ex-Veteran and have mental issues from the military.I did take medicine for it but since I’ve been homeless for a month I have not taken any medicine.I am shoplifting to make my money and it is hard for me to stop shoplifting cause I am homeless and have no money.Oklahoma gave me $200.00 in Foodstamps but they said I only qualify for 1 month cause I just had surgery on my stomach.Oklahoma Foodstamps
don’t do me any good in Florida anyways.
I am moving cause I want to start life over and have a fresh start in life.Plus,in the future I will be going to Underwater Welding School and I know Jacksonville,FL. has a school.I am very smart and intellegent but my mental condition and my long criminal record since 1994 when I got out of the military has prevented me from getting a job in Oklahoma.Plus,my shoplift that I do,I’ve done since I was 13 years old and now I am 36 years old.I have perfected the crime of Boosting merchandise from stores and now I have enemies at the stores.
I can not enter a store without getting a go to hell look and getting kicked out of a store or followed around all over the stores. They don’t like me and I don’t like them cause they are harassing me.They are mad cause they can’t bust me,so they file trespassing complaints or call the cop’s or ask me to leave or refuse my returns.I am tired of running from the law and shoplifting but no one will give me a chance.
I can be very rebellious when I get angery and being a Professional Booster, that is not a good combination for the stores or me.I have the Fraud Dept. from Okla. City and the Secret Service following me 24 x 7 and I am feed-up with it.
I just got out of Federal Prison 1 month ago and I don’t want to go back to any jail or prison.I have no Probation and no warrents,YET!If I keep shoplifting I might go to Prison for 5 years or more and I don’t want that.

I am trying to change and succeed in life but people don’t want to stop harassing me and following me around.I am stealing to survive.
