it doesn’t matter anymore………………
1) i called her
2) i asked her to go to a movie the next saturday afternoon
3) she hung up
4) she texted me that she’d “love to, but couldn’t”
5) i asked her why
6) she then texted me that she already had a boyfriend
7) and asked if we could still be friends
8) i said yes…
9) we’ve talked once since then about four months (only on AIM and for a very breif amount of time whereas we could talk for an hour and a half, easy!!!, before)
10) i still dream of her in my arms
11) i still yearn for her touch
12) for that soft touch of her hand in mine
13) and for that girl i didn’t only “like”, but had begun to fall in love with
14) i know that it wasn’t her fault that what happened happened how it did
15) but then why can’t i lose the feeling that she left me to fall in love with someone not waiting to catch me
And for those new listeners just now tuning in: in miami we had a “fling” in which we did all that we could to evade others and concentrate on only holding each other(in hands and arms). We came close to kissing ust once, but it didn’t feel right, so i didn’t kiss her. I now regret it. and i want her back so bad that i can’t describe it. we go to different schools. I will only see her again once. i have lost all confidence to call or text her (or even IM her!). But i still want her in my arms. Before miami we were holding hands and i had told her that i liked her. MINOR FACT: she gave me one of her hair scrunchies. i wore it all of the time until i learned that she had a boyfriend, but i still must look at it every once in a while to not go crazy. I need help but my school friends don’t know what i need help with because they don’t know her nonetheless what we had together for however brief. Can anyone out there help???????????????
