OMG I recently re-installed my sims 2 game after un-installing it a year ago.

butwhen i got to the 8% of the installing it always says ” cannot transfer the file:TSData\res\sound\voice1.package” I need help now! i miss te sims!

try cleaning the disc with a coffee filter and some window cleaner might be a smudge on it

Delete the folder that you are installing the game too as well. Sometimes it has problems when there is a folder with the files in it already.
