Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
Without money you’re not going anywhere. How old are you and what is your situation?
for the past two years iv bn homeless n living here and there with friends,
i lost my job last week, i hav nothing at all becuz my family fell out with me and threw all my clothed and other belongings in the bin!!
i dnt really see any way out of this, and iv no idea wat to do next to try and stay of the street!!
You need to go and get some temp work until you can find some full time employment.
Theres no reason that you shouldn’t have a job right now working 7 days a week until you can afford a place to live. Unless you set a goal to find yourself a place to live, within the next 60 days, your always going to be homeless. Basically its up to you now to get this done. Hope this helps :-)
yeah i hav been looking but its difficult getting even part time here at the minute, all the students are back from uni and college so there a fight for any job, not that im tryin to make excuses!!
the first thing to do is get plugged into the local network of agencies that exist just for situations like you have found yourself in. if you let me know where you are located, I will find a starting place for you. the main thing is to NOT GIVE UP ON YOURSELF OR YOUR LIFE. you can get through this, and there are people who care and want to help you. what city/state are you in? if you wish not to disclose such information, I will link you to some national agencies that can direct you to local help. remember, you are a being of light and are part of a beautiful energy, whether you want to call it God or the Cosmos; the darkest lonliest and most painful times teach us we can do anything. I was homeless as a teenager, and have worked my entire life to help those who find themselves in the same position, for whatever reason.
i live in aberdeen in scotland, the grey city for more then 1 reason!!!
ive never been homeless but i hope u find somewhere to stay.
here’s what I have found so far; will look a bit longer. remember, whether you are facing addiction issues or other issues, you are still a human being and are not a throw-away person. you have to fight for yourself before anyone else will, even if all you can do is call someone.

thank you, isnt it strange that toal strangers are more willing to help you then your own family and friends?!!
Perhaps you just needed some new friends . . . of the right kind!
Firstly, try to forgive your family and friends; people sometimes become overwhelmed and resentful when they do not completely understand certain issues; addiction, co-dependancy, self-destructive behavior; I was abused as a child and spent many years in abusive relationships… My family could not take the worry and roller coaster ride. After I forgave them for “abandoning” me (really they just were at their wit’s end), I forgave myself for “failing” so many times. No such thing as a failure if you keep getting back up… I have finally realized that everyone does the best they can, your family and friends do not hate you, they are probably hurt and confused and know no other course of action; perhaps they view their actions as “tough love,” and, sometimes we have to hit bottom on our own without others constantly rescuing us. if you are struggling with addiction, they may feel things will never get better. NOT TRUE! you must always keep on trying, because if you don’t get busy living, you are busy dying, and this life truly is a gift - even if it seems like a gag gift sometimes. a couple more links; I hope you reach out, there are people ready to take your hand and help; at the very bottom I have pasted the link that will take you to many organizations affiliated with Aberdeen (listed by street location) that can help you:
