My husbands boss has been lying to his company about his credentials.

They are also friends. I think the owner needs to know this, he is running his company!!! My husband doesnt want to cause waves. What do I do??????????????????

My Father had an old saying hon, “Be sure your lies will find you out” and quite often that is the case. Sadly he stands to lose his job if he is found out.
Id say he needs to be careful he doesn’t make a wrong move, this will likely cause probing, then the proverbial cat will be out of the bag.

I’ve known cases where both an informant and the ‘trouble employee’ were both canned.

Why does the boss need to know? Is this person running the company poorly?
Does your husband have anything to gain?
Will this cause conflict?
What if the friend isn’t fired, but it gets out about who told the owner about the lack of credentials?
