Where r you from, which spices are you planning to use and which fish?
For mackrel,
you can use a red chili powder, fried onions, a bit of tumeric, diced tomatoes, ginger and garlic paste, cilantro, pepper,salt to taste, a touch of saffron, diced green peppers in the quantities you like and you should get quite a nice curry..

i stay at singapore i have instant mixed curry fish paste and coconut oil 200ml tham normal fish head and ady finger so which one start to do and how to cook
