Sold a Judgment for $1.00 Small Claims this was back in Dec.04 to a Las
Vegas Company, The Judgment was for $3,724.00 against a Ca. Person. They
have done nothing they now are Holding it for a $400.00 Ransom. I asked
for a log expenses would not give any. I did check with a Ca. PI & Judgment Collector he Stated it was Collectable!! My last info from the Pres.
of the Company he stated no money has been recovered from the judgment Debtor to this Date. He also stated they have determined that the debtor Co. is Defunct & has no Assets Rendering this judgment ” Uncollectible” Why is this
company still holding it for “Rannsom” We are Senior Citizens 72 & 73
