^What’s she going to do, give a description? She already said that she only has a picture. Calling information wouldn’t help. Do you have the picture up online? If you would provide a link, and list the state and possible area within the state, then people could help. If you have a picture of him in a uniform, you could look through the state’s uniform patches by precinct, many states, including this one, have pictures listed online by district/township/etc.
