Diets, not dieting, Diets, can you help?

I’m in good shape don’t really need to loose weight, but I heard that

[the few larger meals you eat, you will retain more fat cause your metabolism won’t be working that much]
as opposed to
[the many small meals you eat, you retain less cause you metabolism is working often.]

is that true? I want to know an eating pattern that will help keep off the weight.

So long as you eat a good breakfast your fine.

Im pretty sure your supposed to eat a large breakfast, a light lunch, a decent evening meal and have fruit in between lunch/evening.

Atleast, thats what i was told in food Technology :)

yeah me too, its supposed to be better for the brain, and eating well first thing is supposed to stop your body panicking and storeing fat.
