Family of five needs temporary help.

Husband was laid off due to lack of work, I am disabled and we have three sons, one 16 yr and twins that are two yrs. we are in danger of losing everything we have worked so hard for. We have contacted all available resources here within our town. any and all help would be greatly appreciated. verification of our families situation is not a problem.
