my hair is growing ULTRA ULTRA ULTRA slow.

guy hair help!!

so my hair grows really slow. i dunno. i think about in feb/march this year i cut it to a #1 or #2. and now its sept. and my hair is pretty short. now i just checked and the bangs are around 3.5-4 inches. and its actully not that long since my hair is wavy and curls itself.

i want my hair longer but why is it growing so slow? it would never grow this slow before.
also how can i make it grow faster?
thanks.

Maybe you have a vitamin deficiency.

I don’t think hair really needs calcium to grow. However, I think that there are nutrients like kerotene or something that your hair and nails need.

Your hair is growing slowly because you lack sufficient vitamins in your body. so go and purchase a multi-vitamin and multi mineral supplement especially one that is geared towards Hair, Skin, and nails… This will result in new hair growth that is shiny, thick and strong. You should notice results in about 3-4 weeks.

I had a problem with my hair growing slowly and also with my hair being dull and broken off as soon as it came out of the hair shaft.. I starting using the hair nail and skin vitamins and almost immediately noticed the differrence. I stopped the vitamins for two weeks and saw my hair suffer almost immediately so Im tellin you that the vitamins do work miracles on the hair and skin.. Good Luck ….

You need to purchase hair vitamins in addition to your reg. ones. Doing scalp massages are great. These with push your blood supply to your scalp and thus provide it with the neccessay vitamins it needs for growth… Good luck. Oh, ;0 do by using your finger tips in small circular motions starting at the base of your neck and slowly going to the top..

Try vitamins, eating healthier, using repair masks on your hair (stupid little things like olive oil and vinigar rinses - low budget as well!) try not to use to many products or heat your hair.

But you know, hormones, stress, what you eat, the condition you keep your hair in (going to chlorine pools, the beach, sitting in the sun) are mostly it and human hair is said to grow on avarage 0.5″ a month.

http://longhaircommunity.com/ check out their forum if you want some suppurt to keep patient while your hair grows, there’s guys in there too, trust me.
