Please go to http://daol.aol.com/software/90vr and download the best application software AOL has supported. You Need to uninstall 9.1 and any other versions left from “add remove programs” first.

I am not a very sophisticated user and when I created a new screenname on my aol account it told me to download the new parental controls. I am sorry I did. Now I cannot access some of my screennames and the new one just doesnot exist and now there is no more phone support and the help instructions are too confusing and long.

can anyone help??
