Because if you are here, asking even for ways to off yourself, something inside you wants help, that’s why.

How long have you been taking meds? They do take several weeks to get into your system and start to help.

a few months now. iv stopped taking them cus it was making my heart beat weirdly. yes i want help. but i dont know how ill go at taking advive atm

Did you talk again with the doc who prescribed them? Did you tell them the issues they were causing? Suddenly stopping meds can be very dangerous, plus if you had talked w/ the doctor, they may have been able to switch meds. There are lots of pych meds out there, some work for some people, others don’t. You really should consider calling your doctor and talking with them.

think of it like this, put yourself in my position, i know that there are thousands other ways for you to get this information… yet, of all sources / places, you come HERE, a place where it’s members are looking forward to HELP (in a good way i mean, of course)… would i share the information you want?

Well, I’m sorry, but I won’t offer the advice you are seeking. If you are dead set on this, why come anywhere asking anyone? Did you not stop to consider the mental damage you might do to someone who finds out they did help you succeed at killing yourself?

Things might be bad, but dragging other people along for the ride isn’t the best.

I would offer instead to look for ways to help yourself, or even just talk. What has you feeling like you must kill yourself?
