aw thank you, that was sweet.

they pulled me out of school when i was really depressed, and made me see a therapist before i could come back. i had been cutting myself, so legally they had to. my mother thought it was all very silly and went with me to the therapist until we got a written note saying i could go back.

seeing a therapist is never silly, it makes you feel good to let out what you have built up inside. you dont know what you are depressed about? where are you when u usually feel the urge to cut urself? what and who are you thinking about?

I am no one to give advice to anyone, but I have dealt with severe depression. Sometimes life takes work. Not the pull yourself up by the bootstraps work, but learning about yourself work. These things work for me. I keep a journal, and I document my life. I try to figure out what gives me joy, or what things feel like they don’t have a solution. What one thing in the world could give me joy and can I work towards. When do I have good ideas and good thoughts, how do I conserve this situation. Good Luck

you need to do something fun! i mean try something new that you have always wanted to do … like ice hockey! ( ok, not so great an idea) But i know how you feel and the thing is you have to get out of this mood before it CONSUMES you! This i am very serious about.
