Ok, this is for all the people out there who get nervous to do something new

I haven’t been at school in a while, I graduated in the year 07, so its been a year and a while. But I needed to upgrade and so I was enroled for night classes to retake my chem 30. I was extremely nervous about it, I mean for my school before, I knew most of the students since like preschool (small french community) and the classes were in french. But in this night school I was going to a whole new school (I was in the same school from grade 4 till 12) and seeing new people makes me nervous.
But I had my frist day last night, and I was so nervous before the class started, then the teacher started talking, (The chem teacher I had in grade 12 sucked so I quit before diplomas) and I knew I was going to love this class. He just knew his stuff, he made jokes, he told us if we have trouble with homework we can email him or even call him, he also gives us second chances on exams if we need it. Like I never had a teacher like him!
And the whole thing about the class being in english was just a worry for nothing as well, sure the words for chem stuff is a little different, but not enought that I couldn’t translate it in my mind to remember what he is talking about.
But since I haven’t been since a while, and how most of the class mates haven’t either, he offered to get us papers from his grade 11 class to refresh our minds, like how awesome is that? He really takes time for his class and his students, I know I’m going to love it.
Anyways, the point of this is that, if you don’t try even if you’re nervous, you will never know if you are going to enjoy it or not.. So give it a try, and you might be surprised!
