Yesterday? Your puppy balked at travelling for ONE DAY and you gave up on him?

Get him or her back (how did you dog manage to change genders mid-paragraph?), then call a vet and ask for advice about how you can acclimate your puppy to your lifestyle.

If after two or three months it doesn’t work, that’s another matter. You don’t need to part with your dog just because of what she/he “made clear yesterday.”

I think you should give it another try.

A “borderline” collie? Does that mean your dog is almost a collie?

Well, I’m sorry to hear that. I can imagine how lonely you must feel without her.
